11 june 2009 - Oostende/Ostend (BE) – station/dworzec. At almost 70km long, the Kust Tram, or coast line, of de Lijn is the longest tram line in the world. Trams are heavily modified BN cars of the early 1980s and run very fast, with long distances between stops. This is a classic interurban tramway, linking a number of towns along the coast, from the French border almost to Netherlands.
