Maybe, it's better to divide models "Волжанин-6270" и "Волжанин-6270 СитиРитм-15"? They have one modelname, but their layout is different (6270.00 - high-floor, 6270.10 - half-low-floor, CityRhytm - full-low-floor) and they haven't any common parts: chassis and agregates are VERY different. The explanation for such a strange fact is economy: they don't want to buy new index in certificational organisations, because it is only a transfer of money to the wind...

5270.06, 5270.07 - CityRhytm-12; 6270.06 - CityRhytm-15. The same situation is with NefAZ buses: НефАЗ-5299 is a 12m city bus, touristic bus, excursion bus of their own design in many editions, and clones of VDL buses: Lexio, Mistral, Transit.. And everything called "5299"

Done BTW - "расход топлива 15 литров на 100 км" - do you know if it's real in this chinese bus? Some cars have bigger fuel consumption.
