These buses don't run on normal services. They heve to be refilled too much during the day. It's not (yet) the technology of the future so far...
Yes they can JP. They run mostly on line 38. Not the whole day. Mostly in the morning and with a select group of drivers.
And if they travel the whole day, it's with one driver. So the bus has the break with the driver. Only special trained drivers can ride this vehicle. So no trained driver, no fuel cell bus...
