In 1914 it was modernised (type M4) and eventually rebuilt as a trailer in 1921. It was restored in 1929 for the 50 year jubilee of the Gothenburg Tramways.

Osobę prowadzącą tramwaj pewnie oślepiło słońce, bo najwyraźniej dopiero w ostatniej chwili zauważyła, że bezczelnie stoję na torach z aparatem i nie zawaham się go użyć. W mojej ocenie było jeszcze bardzo daleko i bezpiecznie, ale tramwaj hamował w trybie bardzo nagłym, po czym stał tam dłuższą chwilę, gdy osoba prowadząca wracała do równowagi. A ja, cóż... z braku lepszych pomysłów odwróciłem się i poszedłem między bloki focić autobusy jadące autostradką.

12 august 2013 - Göteborg, Gamlestadstorget. Tramwaj dojeżdża właśnie do przystanku, po ruszeniu z niego pokona jedyny w mieście splot torów na wiadukcie nad ulicą Slakthusgatan. W tle widać innego M31, jadącego z kierunku Bergsjön. Linie do/z Angered i Bergsjön mają tu osobne stanowiska przystankowe, oddalone od siebie o jakieś sto metrów.

12 august 2013 - Göteborg, Angered Centrum. Pierwszy wagon z drugiej serii Sirio. Pętla tramwajowa Angered po ostatniej modernizacji ma sześć stanowisk, co dobrze widać na mapie. Każda z trzech linii ma oddzielny przystanek dla wysiadających i wsiadających, by motorniczy mógł w samotności spędzić czas swojej przerwy.
